Established in 2024, the company was founded by Dr. Kamal Sharma, Director and Founder, and works in construction consultancy, data-driven project optimization, sustainable infrastructure development, research, capacity building and academic collaboration.

Gwalior Institute of Information Technology (GIIT), Gwalior, established in 2008, is an AICTE-approved institution promoting education, research, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration.
